HTC One X+ powered with 1.7 GHz Quad core processor , Jelly Beans OS


HTC received a lot of accolades with its One X smartphone that launched earlier this year. And now it looks like the company is going to launch an improved version of its flagship smartphone, as benchmarks of a device called HTC One X+, codenamed the HTC Evitaire, have surfaced online.

The NenaMark2 benchmarks, spotted by Slashgear, reveal that the One X+ will come with a 1.7GHz quad-core processor – a significant improvement from the 1.5GHz in the original One X device (read our detailed HTC One X review). The benchmarks also show that the One X+ will feature an HD 1280×720 resolution display and come with the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It's notable HTC has already announced a Jelly Bean update for its One X and S smartphones.

Other specifications of the HTC device are still unknown. Moreover, there's no word on exact details and availability of the rumoured device, but it is speculated that the HTC One X+ may debut in September this year. Meanwhile, check out the much-talked about Nenmark2 benchmark below:
