* Subtitle Tool
* Media Player Classic
* tsMuxer
* BDedit
1. The main movie is most often the biggest m2ts file. You can find it in the BDMV/STREAM folder of a Blu-Ray/BD25. Download or rip a subtitle in your language and synchronize it to the biggest m2ts file, using a player like Media Player Classic. Use software like Subtitle Tool to do this. It's very simple and does exactly what you want.
2. Start tsMuxer and open the biggest m2ts you used earlier to synchronize your subtitle.
3. Press the 'add' button and select the subtitle you just synchronized.
4. In 'General track options' you select the correct language.
5. Now there are two options:
a) If the Blu-Ray/BD25 you're editing has no menu, I would recommend to use the option 'Blu-ray disk'. tsMuxer will then create a completely new Blu-Ray.
b) If the Blu-Ray/BD25 you're editing has a menu, you have the option to keep the menu, by selecting 'M2TS muxing'. tsMuxer will create a new big m2ts file, that has to replace the existing big m2ts file.
6. Go to the 'Blu-ray' tab. Only look at the 'Chapters' part. Choose whatever option you prefer. If you want to use the original chapters, you can use EAC3TO to rip them and use them here.
7. Go to the 'Subtitles' tab. Simply copy the settings from the screen shot underneath.
8. Go to output and browse to a folder with enough space.
9. Once again two options:
a) Once tsMuxer is done, you have a brand new Blu-Ray. You can burn it directly to a BD-R, or you can make an ISO of it and play it with PowerDVD.
b) Once txMuxer is done, you have a brand new biggest M2TS file. Replace the existing M2TS file by this newly created one.
10. Start BDedit. Open the Blu-Ray folder that contains the newly created M2TS file.
11. Go to the 'PLAYLIST' tab and go to the 'STN' part. Press on the figure underneath PG and then press the + button. (look at the screen shot). Create a new PlayItem. Make sure you use a new mPID number. Press the 'Apply to clpi' button. (look at the screen shot)
12. Press the 'Save' button. Now you're done editing the Blu-Ray/BD25. You can burn it directly to a BD-R, or you can make an ISO of it and play it with PowerDVD.
Done.
