You can resync audio by clicking "audio, interleaving" but the following is simpler.
-------------------------------------------------------------

To sync audio

Google avimux-gui (freeware)
Download and install to its own folder.
Run program

1. You can either, drag and drop the file into the top pane of the program or right click on it and open with avimuxgui.
2. click the file in the top pane
3. click "Generate data source from files..video and audio will be displayed in the lower pane.
4. click on the audio...a small box will appear on the right...delay[ms]:
5. 1000ms = 1 second so if you think the audio needs delaying by this amount, then type in 1000. If you think the video needs delaying by 1 second then type in -1000.
6. click "Start"...name and save to wherever.
Done.
Takes under a minute, depending on the size of the file.
It will take a few goes at it to determine the correct amount of delay.

If you are running vista or windows 7 you might need to right click on the .exe file, click properties, click compatibility, click "run this program in compatibility mode: for whichever you are running.
