1. Download the .torrent file you want to reseed or note the url location.
2. Note the location of the local files you want to seed.
Assuming your rTorrent instance is running under screen, SSH into your server and re-attach your screen session with "screen -r". Once inside rTorrent hit (enter) to load a .torrent either from file location or a URL.
This will load the torrent file in a stopped state. Now press (4) to show only stopped torrents. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the stopped torrent and press "(Ctrl) + (O)" to set the download location to the path of the already downloaded files. Now press "(Ctrl) + (S)" to start the torrent.
